PIC16F627 Microcontroller

The PIC16F687 is a high performance microcontroller with 1.75KB of flash, 224 bytes of RAM and 128 bytes of EEPROM in a 18 pin package.

The PIC16F687 has the following built-in peripherals:

• 16 I/O pins with individual direction control
• Two analog comparator modules with programmable voltage reference
• Three timers
• A Capture/Compare/PWM module
• A USART module for serial communications
• 16 bytes of common RAM
• Selectable oscillator options including both internal and external oscillators
