PIC18F4550 Mini-USB Development Kit
ex VAT: £13.33
This development board comes ready with the Microchip USB Bootloader preinstalled - so you can use the Microchip Bootloader application to upload your program should you not have a suitable programmer.
To activate the USB Bootloader, simply connect the USB cable, hold down the on-board buttons MCLR and RB2, and then release MCLR. The onboard RD2 and RD3 LEDs will flash alternately, indicating that the board is ready to accept a new program via the Microchip HIDBootloader application.
The board comes complete with headers attached so you can easily mount it on a breadboard - it's the same size and pin-out as a normal PIC18F4550 DIP chip! It also provides an ICSP header so you can use a PICkit 2/PICkit 3 programmer.
In the kit you will receive the following items:
- 1 * PIC18F4550 Development Board
- 8 * LEDs
- 8 * 330Ω Resistors
- 8 * 10KΩ Resistors
- 8 * Tactile Buttons
- 1 * USB cable
- 1 * Downloadable User Guide Development board datasheet
